1. Subscription Terms
1.1 Subscription Plan: By subscribing to Dreamoodle, LLC (“Dreamoodle”), you agree to pay $6.99 per month for access to our services.
1.2 Free Trial: A 7-day free trial period is available. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid charges.
1.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month. The billing cycle begins the day after your trial period ends.
1.4 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Dreamoodle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without additional authorization until cancellation.
1.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the “Profile > Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Membership” section of the app or website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
1.6 Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once the billing period begins. Users are encouraged to cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Data Collection: Dreamoodle collects personal data to provide and improve our services. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, payment information, and usage data.
2.2 Data Usage: Collected data is used for account management, subscription billing, customer support, and service improvement. Dreamoodle does not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1 Payment Terms: Payments are processed at the end of the trial period and monthly on the same date thereafter. By subscribing, you authorize Dreamoodle to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
3.2 Refunds: Refunds are not provided for any billing period that has already begun. Users who cancel before the next billing cycle will not incur additional charges.
4. User Obligations and Rights
4.1 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.2 Modifications to Terms: Dreamoodle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notifications of changes will be sent via email or through the app. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. Price Changes
5.1 Notification of Changes: Subscription prices may change. If a price change occurs, users will be notified in advance via email or the app.
5.2 User Consent: Continued use of the app after the effective date of the price change constitutes agreement to the new price.
6. Legal Disclosures
6.1 Compliance: Dreamoodle complies with applicable laws and regulations governing its operations and services.
6.2 Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the app will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction of Dreamoodle’s principal business location.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: Dreamoodle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous six months.
